Late contact forces Henderson to settle for 10th-place finish in King of Crate at North Alabama
Back in action with Crate Racin' USA, Matt Henderson joined a 24-car field at North Alabama Speedway (Tuscumbia, Ala.) on Friday for the $10,000-to-win King of Crate.
Clicking off the second-quickest lap in his qualifying group, Henderson followed that up by running second in his heat race.
Starting fifth in Saturday's 75-lap main event, Henderson made his way to the runner-up spot and was battling for the lead when contact with the wall sent him back to 10th.
