Henderson pilots Rusty Webb No. 22 to first victory of 2023 at I-75 Raceway
For his first competitive laps behind the wheel of the Rusty Webb-owned No. 22 machine, Matt Henderson invaded I-75 Raceway (Sweetwater, Tenn.) on Friday afternoon to compete in the weekly 604 Late Model division.
With 10 Late Models checked in, Henderson was fastest in hot laps and laid down the quickest lap in qualifying which placed him on the pole for the feature. Leading all 20-laps, Matt went flag-to-flag to sweep the evening at I-75.
The following evening at 411 Motor Speedway (Seymour, Tenn.), the team dealt with mechanical issues throughout the night and Matt recorded an eighth-place finish in the 25-lap feature.
